起動機出廠性能測試裝置是為生產線進行產品出廠檢查而設計制造的。

該測試裝置功能:
             ·起動機開關的吸合試驗(吸合電壓、吸合電流);
             ·起動機開關的釋放試驗(釋放電壓、釋放電流);
             ·起動機的動態嚙合試驗(判斷起動機嚙合時是否會銑齒);
             ·空載試驗(空載轉速、空載電流);
             ·負載試驗(起動機在設定負載點的電壓、電流、轉速、轉矩,可設兩個負載點);
             ·電流紋波試驗(測試起動機的換向器紋波大小,并繪制紋波圖);
             ·制動試驗(制動電壓、電流、轉矩);
             ·斷電試驗(在制動狀態下斷開開關電路,判斷起動機開關觸點是否粘連);
             ·運轉試驗(做完制動試驗后再做一次空載);
             ·超速試驗(提高起動機電壓,測試超速狀態下起動機性能);
             ·單向器試驗(在指定轉矩下,測試單向器的耐久性能)。
             以上試驗項目可任意組合。

采用工控計算機進行數據采集、處理、存儲。起動機出廠性能測試裝置能夠根據試驗標準對試驗結果進行判定,試驗的數據可以存儲和打印。自動繪制起動機性能曲線。試驗過程自動控制。測試臺的機械、負荷裝置等裝置采用先進的技術和零部件制造。

The pull-in test of the starter switch(which includes the pull-in voltage and the pull-in current )

The release test of the starter switch(which includes voltage release and current release)

Free spin test (which includes no-load speed and no-load current)

Load test (which tests the voltage, current, speed and torque on the set-up point and draw the full performance curve )

The Current ripple test (which tests the ripple size and draws the picture)

The brake test (which includes the brake voltage, current and torque)

The turn off test(which turn off the S terminal then judges the adhesion of the switch contacts )

The running test(after a high load test, then test a no-load test too)

The high-speed test (which tests the starter performance in a speeding state by increasing the voltage)

The one-way clutch test (which tests the one-way clutch performance of the one-way clutch in a fixed torque )

Available working voltages 380V 50HZ (other voltages optional)

All the tests can be arbitrarily combined.
